Today in the Family Center "Kazan" a touching holiday was held for families, who had second children. Upbringing of children is a huge and difficult work, but for sleepless nights over the cradle for parents will be rewarded with the first smile of the baby, the first words are "dad" and "mom." Together with the children they have a long way to go, to learn how to live, love, create.

Together with representatives of the Pension Fund of the Vakhitovskiy district of Kazan, employees of the Family Center "Kazan" congratulated mothers on the birth of their second children, presented certificates for maternity capital and bright flowers.
