    April 21 in Russia is annually celebrated the Day of the municipal employee. Recall that this day was established on June 10, 2012. The date choice is determined by history: April 21, 1785 the day of the publication of the Charter of Honor to the cities, signed by Empress Catherine II. The letter of gratitude laid the foundation for the development of Russian legislation on local self-government. Today in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan the results of the Republican contest "The Best Employee in the Sphere of Municipal Management" were summed up in 2016. For high achievements in the profession in the nomination "Social Development" Thanks to the letter of the Chairman of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan M.Z. Shakirova was awarded with Potapova Vera Vasilyevna, head of the department of the Civil Registry Office of Kazan city in the Privolzhsky District. The work of a municipal employee requires from a person a wide range of knowledge, great responsibility, constant self-control and endurance.
