Today in the Kirov department of the registry office, five mothers were presented with certificates for maternity capital.

At the solemn name of the naming of newborns, five families of the Kirovsky district were invited, and the employees of the registry office told parents about the meaning of each newborn's name and its origin.

Svetlana Vladimirovna Gerasimova, Deputy Head of the Kirov District Department of the Pension Fund of Russia, congratulated her parents on replenishment of the family and presented each mother with a mother certificate, and also said that in accordance with the Federal Law "On Additional Measures for State Support for Families with Children," maternity capital can be spent on Improvement of the living conditions of the family, education of children or retirement savings of the mother.
