Decade of disabled people in the Nizhnekamsk Registry Office

Every year in Russia various social events timed to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities are carried out. The purpose of similar actions is drawing attention of the public to numerous problems of physically disabled people.

Within the charity event «Kind Heart» specialists of the Registry Office of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district have visited families with children – disabled people. During the meeting employees have given to parents’ legal aid on the arisen questions, and children were handed New Year's gifts.
