Today updated wall Kirov department registrar took first mothers who received certificates for maternity capital.

five families of the Kirov region were invited to the ceremony of naming newborns.

The ceremony was attended by not only the kids parents but their grandparents and even older siblings. Employees of the department registrar told the parents about the importance of the name of each newborn and its origin.

The head of the Kirov district of the Pension Fund department Guzel Russian Safina Ildarovna congratulated the parents and family replenishment and gave each mother parent certificate.
