Seminar meeting with participation of secretaries of rural settlements in the Registry Office of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district

     On September 27, 2016 in the Small Hall of Wedding palace there has taken place the training seminar with participation of secretaries of the rural settlements authorized for the state civil registration.

     In the opening speech the head of department the Registry Office Bella Makhotina has summed up the results of work of the Registry Office of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district in 9 months and has sounded the main subjects of the agenda.

     The deputy head of department the Registry Office Guzel Sagitova has informed attendees on changes in articles 67 and 68 of the Federal law No. 143-FL "About acts of civil status" (from 11/15/1997), has carried out the short review of the Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation No. 155 "About the statement of an order of filling of forms of civil registrations and forms of certificates on the state civil registration" (from 6/30/2016).

     The chief specialist of the Registry Office Elena Plaksina has notified participants of a seminar on introduction of the strengthened electronic and digital signature to work of civil registration and has analysed current state of the rating table developed by the Registry Office since February, 2016. The table allows to estimate competence of the employee concerning his field of activity, and also to define achievements and need of professional development and additional motivation of the worker.
