August 29, 2016 on the eve of the Republic Day in Kazan Kremlin hosted a reception on behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and his wife GA Minnikhanov, Tatarstan dedicated to honoring the families. From Verkhneuslonsky municipal district in a ceremony attended by the couple Postnikov Viktor and Firaya Nazipovna from Upper Uslon. Postnikov's family has a long history of family union, enjoys well-deserved respect and authority among the people of his village and the area is a prime example for the younger generation, brought up children as worthy members of society, the family has always lived in peace, harmony and mutual understanding.
