The holiday action "Christmas balls" traditionally is started before the New Year in the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district in early December. "Christmas balls" summed up the results.

“Christmas balls” were painted not only Nizhnekamsk newlyweds and their guests, but by pupils visited the Registry office on elective courses. Brides and grooms wanted in a New Year of love, health, happiness, prosperity and peace. The wishes were very diverse, courageous, romantic and kind.

On December 29, newlyweds Rustem and Dinara Shaydulliny painted their “ball of desires” and thus completed the festive event of the Wedding Palace.
