Kazantsev invited to the All-Russian festival of wind and extreme "Orange Wind 2016"

From 4 to January 6, 2016 residents of the capital of Tatarstan invited into the waters of the river Kazanka between the Kremlin embankment and family center "Kazan", which will host one of the largest National Festival of wind and extreme "Orange Wind 2016".
