December 9 Head of the Registry Office of Kazan GF.Gabbasova held bodies meeting dedicated to the International Day Against Corruption

The meeting was held with the participation of Deputy Head and Head of Department.

At the bodies meeting discussed issues of compliance with the requirements of official conduct of municipal employees Management and resolution of the conflict of interest.

They also analyzed the results of inspections of personal data submitted by the candidates for the civil service, criminal background checks, false information about income, a conflict of interest.

The Office organized an anti-corruption training of municipal employees by conducting personal interviews, and get acquainted with regulations and methods of anti-corruption focus.

In addition, the Office conducted a survey of citizens in order to identify problematic issues in the field of anti-corruption on the elimination of their causes.

In order to prevent corruption by officials, in order to promptly obtain information about wrongdoing by staff on the basis of the department of organizational and personnel work organized "hotline" number is posted on the website of the Office - 222-90-88. Posts about the facts of corruption by members of the Office have been recorded.

For coverage of the anti-corruption on the official website of the Office is open and operates the section "Anti-corruption", which contains information about the developed and active in document management and activities. Organized by the personal reception of citizens and the Deputy Head.

In the future work on implementation of anti-corruption plan in the Office will continue.

International Anti-Corruption Day is celebrated annually on December 9 since 2004. Proclaimed by the UN General Assembly (resolution of 21 November 2003). On this day in 2003 Mexico was opened for signature of the UN Convention against Corruption. The purpose of establishing this International Day, as stated in the resolution of the General Assembly, was the deepening of understanding of the problem of corruption and the role of the Convention in preventing corruption and combat it.
