In the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district beginning from February of 2015, during the preparation to plan checking of action of Registry Management work was opened the competition “The specialist of the year”.
To assess the effectiveness and competence of the employee regarding the civil registration acts will be able due to specially developed rating system, which defined different levels of performance and skill, and each of these levels corresponds to a certain ball.
The main criteria for evaluation of Registry office staff are: “executive discipline”, “complains and reprimands”, “encouragement and thanks”, allow emphasizing note-esteems and achievements, to see weaknesses for training and for additional motivation to self-development of worker.
In the end of year according to sum of rating system results will be defined the winner.
