А solemn handing passports was traditionally held in the office of the registry office of Nizhnekamsk

On November 17, 2015 before the  “Children’s Day” and in a framework of in the Registry office of municipal district of Nizhnekamsk was held the official handing of passports of Russian Federation citizens for teenagers.

15 young people of city became the citizen of the Russian Federation. Now each of them has got rights and responsibilities. Children with a great interest have heard the history of Passport, knew that passport is a legal document, certifying the identity of the citizen of the country. A pleasant surprise for young people became the historical quiz where they were able to test rthemselves on the civic maturity. A citizen of Russia Federation is the highest rank, that person receives at birth, that’s why is  very symbolic that handing of a passport – takes place at the Registry office, where 14 years ago everyone got their first document - the birth certificate. Solemn handing passports were granted to the chief specialist of Department of FMS of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan in the city of Nizhnekamsk –Lyudmila Balashova, who addressed to them with solemn, important speech.

 This event took place before the “Mother’s Day”. In a memory of pleasant ceremony mothers, presented in the hall were gifted flowers. In turn, parents congratulated their children and  appealed to them with a parting word.
