August 26, 2015 on the eve of the Republic Day in the Kazan Kremlin hosted a reception on behalf of the Acting President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and of his wife, GA Minnikhanov, Tatarstan dedicated to honoring the families. From Verkhneuslonsky municipal area in a ceremony attended by the couple Kozin Victor Maksimovic and Svetlana Anatolevna from Upper Uslon. Kozin family has a long history of family union, enjoys well-deserved respect and authority among the people of his village and district, is a prime example for the younger generation, brought up children as worthy members of society, the family has always lived in peace, harmony and mutual understanding.
