The construction of a new registry office began in April of 2015 according to the decision of Rustam Minnikhanov and many did not believe that the project can be implemented in such a short time. And today is very symbolic that the opening of the Palace dedicated to the anniversary of the city. "The opening of the Palace guard - a long-awaited event for our residents of the town and district, because it is in the registry office treated people at the most joyful and pleasant occasions: the creation of family and birth of children, the celebration of anniversaries. I think Palace will be a unique object, another symbol and landmark of our city, the center of attraction for residents and visitors of our city," he said, referring to the newlyweds and the audience, mayor of the city of Rahat Khusainov and thanked everyone who participated in the construction and opening of the wedding Palace. After the symbolic start of white doves guests toured the new facility. On the first floor of the building there are offices of experts of Department of the registry office, here are the offices of the specialists of the municipal public institution "Management on Affairs of youth, sport and tourism". On the second floor there is a ballroom, Banquet facilities, rooms for bride and groom, offices for staff and office space. Also honored guests met with the anniversaries of family life and congratulated the newly married couples who today have legalized their relationship.
