At the event, a specialist of the Registry Office department told the story of the emergence of the first passport and the state flag of the Russian Federation. Young citizens and their parents took an active part in the quiz "What do I know about the National Flag of the Russian Federation?". An employee of the police department No. 15 "Tankodrome" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kazan solemnly handed over the first passports and the brochure "Constitution of the Russian Federation" to young citizens.
