Ildus Khasanovich studied at the Moscow Mining College, began working as a topographer on a geophysical expedition. Worked for some time in the Land Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. Awarded with diplomas and letters of thanks.

Daniya Sibgatovna graduated from the Kazan Aviation Technical School, went to the Omsk Engine-building Plant, where she worked as a technologist. A little later, she continued her career as a design engineer at the Kazan Optical and Mechanical Plant. She was awarded the medal of "Maternal Glory" of the Republic of Tatarstan. He is a veteran of labor.
