This day is filled with love, beauty, loving relatives and friends nearby. And it is even more beautiful when couples who have tied the knot go through a joint life path hand in hand. On April 22, Alexander Efimovich and Svetlana Vilyevna Shamov celebrated one of the main dates of marriage – the 50th anniversary of their life together. The Rafikov anniversaries were congratulated by Renat Akhmetzyanov, Deputy Head of the Registry Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Alexander Efimovich is a military test pilot, devoted his whole life to aviation. 16 years of military service, then civil aviation and 25 years at the Kazan Helicopter Plant as a flight director.
Svetlana Vilyevna was born in Turkmenistan. After arriving in the Soviet Union, she worked on the Kazan Railway since 1980, from the dispatcher of the line ticket offices to the administrator of the ticket offices of the Kazan department of the Gorky Railway.
Back in 1972, 20-year-old Lieutenant Alexander Shamov arrived from the city of Saratov on assignment to serve in Turkmenistan. On January 1, 1973, in the city of Kizil-Arvat, in the military town of 29, he meets the charming, fragile, modest Svetlana. Then there are meetings, hiking in the mountains, walking in the park named after "26 Baku commissars", winged swings, a summer cinema and vivid films of Turkmen and Indian production that remain in memory, the names of which, of course, no one remembers anymore. There were no gifts, flowers, but there were vivid emotions that are impossible to forget and difficult to convey in words ... Yes, this is the same love at first sight.
On April 6, Alexander made a marriage proposal to Svetlana, then sent a letter to his parents with the words "I'm getting married!", sent money to a friend for wedding rings, which he bought and sent by mail. On April 7, the young people applied to the registry office and on April 21, 1973, the garrison celebrated the birth of a new family of Alexander and Svetlana! And in December, the young couple had their first daughter Tatiana.
In 1976, the young family moved by distribution to Germany and in 1978 they returned to Alexander's homeland in the Zelenodolsk district of the TASSR. And in 1979, the second daughter Elena was born.
Today, the golden anniversaries have a large family of 10 people, grandchildren-Valeria and Kirill, great-grandchildren-Taisiya and Artem.
