GuzelSagitova, Deputy head of the Civil Registry Office of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal district, told how to get the first document of the child – a birth certificate-before being discharged from the hospital. In the interests of parents, the registration of the birth of a child has been made out for many years by a civil registry office employee at a remote workplace-directly in the Perinatal Center.
This has become particularly relevant in the current sanitary and epidemiological situation, when it is desirable to reduce visits to various institutions as much as possible.
