Safina Guzel Ildarovna, Head of the Office of the Pension Fund of Russia for the Kirov District of Kazan, congratulated parents on replenishment of the family and handed each mother a maternity certificate, and also said that in accordance with the Federal Law “On Additional Measures of State Support for Families with Children,” maternal capital could be spent to improve the living conditions of the family, to receive the education of children or the pension savings of the mother.
The employees of the registry office and the Pension Fund department wholeheartedly congratulated their parents on the wonderful title that their children gave them: the titles MOM and PAPA.
