Gennady Ivanovich since 1976 in Bauman district Committee of party begins with a position of the instructor of industrial Department, further the head of the General Department, then the Chairman of regional Committee of national control. Since 1986 he holds the position of Deputy head Of the Department of internal Affairs of Kazan. Starts with the rank of major of militia. During the military events in the Caucasus, he went on business trips to Dagestan, North Ossetia for moral support of the sent police officers of the city. In 2002 he retired with the rank of police Colonel. From 2002 to the present time he heads the personnel Department of JSC «Iciel-KPO VS». He is a Veteran of labor, has the title of «Honored worker of internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan».
His wife, Lyudmila Valentinovna, until 1982 works at the plant «Electropribor» as a design engineer. Since 1982, he holds the position of engineer for labor protection in the Computing center of the Statistical office of TASSR. Since 1992 he has been an inspector of the social protection Department of the Bauman administration of Kazan.
