On January 30, 2019, to the sounds of the anthem of the Russian Federation, in a ceremonial atmosphere in the civil registry office of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal district, 9 young Zelenogodoltsev received their first serious document in life, a passport certifying the identity of a citizen. Children, parents, guests gathered in the hall. The usual procedure for getting the main thing turned into a holiday for boys and girls. “Obtaining a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation gives wide rights, but with them imposes large responsibilities. Everyone’s duty is to carry high the honor and dignity of a citizen of Russia through life ”- these words were opened by Dmitry Kuklev, deputy head of the OVM OMVD of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan in the Zelenodolsk District, in a solemn ceremony of presenting passports. The heroes of the occasion were explained their rights and obligations, as well as the fact that now the guys are responsible, both to themselves and to those who have surrounded them all these years with care and attention. Representatives of the "Young Guard" party of United Russia gave the children memorable gifts.
