On the eve of the day of family, love and loyalty in the Kirov Department of the registry office awarded certificates for maternity capital
On the eve of Family Day, love and loyalty, celebrated annually in Russia on July 8, today in the Kirov department of the registry office, four families of the Kirov district of Kazan received certificates for maternity capital.
An employee of the Civil Registry Office told her parents about the meaning of each newborn's name and its origin. The head of the Pension Fund of Russia in the Kirov district of Kazan, Savina Guzel Ildarovna, congratulated parents on the replenishment of the family and presented each mother a mother certificate, and also told that in accordance with the Federal Law "On additional measures of state support for families with children," maternity capital may be spent on improving the living conditions of the family, receiving education for children or retiring the mother's savings.
