The first meeting of 2018, in the perinatal center
In the legal enlightenment of the population on 30 January 2018, held its first meeting this year employees of Department the registry office of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal district and the representative office of the Pension Fund for the city of Zelenodolsk Zelenodolsk with customers perinatal center.
The main expert of Department the registry office Alsu Khasanov explained in detail the legislation in the sphere of state registration of the birth, focusing on such issues as the right of paternity, the order of assignment child's name, including a double. Attending the meeting, the women asked probing questions, asked for clarification on specific situations.
After that, the chief specialist of management of the Pension Fund for the city of Zelenodolsk Ravil Miftakhov told about the procedure and conditions for obtaining a certificate for maternity capital, as well as new monthly payments from the funds of the parent capital, introduced from 1 January 2018.
At the end of the meeting every mother-to-be specialists of the Department of the Registrar gave a booklet with information on the procedure for making monthly payments in case of birth (adoption) of the first child, introduced by the Federal law "About monthly payments to families with children."
