Hospitable reception for families - long-livers organized in the Exhibition Hall "Manege" of the Kazan Kremlin

          October 26, special guests of the exhibition "History of the family - the history of the republic", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the bodies of the civil registry offices of Russia, became the special Kazan families celebrating a half-century anniversary of love and loyalty to each other. We remind that the demonstration of the exposition takes place in the exhibition hall "Manege" of the Museum-Reserve "Kazan Kremlin". The main theme of the exhibition is family relations in the lens of the history of our region. Guests of the exhibition saw folk costumes and household items, learned about family rites and traditions of Russians, Tatars, Mari, Chuvashes, Udmurts and Mordvins. Employees of the Volga Department of Civil Registry Office organized a congratulation of families with a golden jubilee with the presentation of the congratulatory address of the Mayor of Kazan and a cash gift. Each couple happily talked about traditions in their large and friendly families, about how proud they are of the achievements of their children and grandchildren.

          In October, 70 Kazan families that celebrated 50 or 60 years of joint life became participants of the celebrations in their honor at the "Kazan" Family Center and district registrar offices.
