The ceremonial presentation of passports

4 September 2017 at the registry office of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan took place the solemn ceremony of handing passports to mark the start of the new academic year.

On this day, eleven young Zelenodolsk have taken the first step into adulthood, become full-fledged citizens of the Russian Federation and from that moment they acquired not only the rights, duties, and responsibility for making all of their decisions.

Handing passports to the guys, the chief of Department migration Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Zelenodolsk district Igor Groshev, wished the young participants to journey with dignity and emphasized that hope for a better future are linked with them – the young citizens of Russia!: "Remember - to be a citizen of Russia is a high honor!"

A gift from the registry office of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal district steel covers for passports, which were given to the students head of the Department of Mary Yakovleva.
