An employee of the Civil Registry Office told her parents about the meaning of each newborn's name and its origin. Deputy Head of the Kirov District Department of the Pension Fund of Russia Svetlana Gerasimova congratulated the parents with the replenishment of the family and presented each mother a mother certificate, and also told that in accordance with the Federal Law "On Additional Measures of State Support for Families with Children", maternity capital can be spent on improvement of the living conditions of the family, education of children or retirement accumulation of the mother.
